Another Project in the Works

My husband shakes his head at me...and I don't blame him! I had another wild hair idea and went on a crazy mission yesterday to find baskets and an old ladder. Eli sees his garage filling up with wild hair projects that I have not completed, so I really really hope this one works! Have any ideas what the plan is?
