Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts (I used 3 lbs.)
- Salt, pepper, onion powder & Montreal Chicken seasoning (optional)
- Ranch dressing (2 Tbsp. per breast)
- Bacon to cover each breast (I used a whole pound)
- Cheddar cheese (I used 3 cups)
Season breasts with salt and pepper. I added Montreal Chicken seasoning and onion powder as well.
Next spread ranch dressing over the breasts.
Then comes the bacon....
And the cheese....
Finally, pop it into a 400° oven for 40 minutes, and enjoy!
I served this delish dish with a side of roasted cauliflower and Portobellos.
